Not everyone can be blessed with the talent to be a hairstylist, just as Aflac duck – he once again tried his hand at a new job, being a hair dresser! He can’t save the day when it comes to your hair, quite honestly, I would be horrified, just as the lady in the new Aflac commercial was!
See his newest blunders here;
The commercial closes with a conversation between two women at the salon: “Oh, he’s a horrible stylist, but, he’s the best at paying claims fast.” She later adds, “He paid mine in just one day.” The first woman is so impressed with Aflac’s new One Day Pay promise that she overlooks the horrible hairdos.
“One Day Pay℠ is Aflac’s way of making sure eligible claims get processed and approved the same day they’re submitted, so policyholders can get paid in just a day. Aflac is built to process and pay – not to deny and delay – to help your life stay on track.”
“Many supplemental insurance policies pay cash benefits that can be used for everyday living expenses like groceries, child care, rent or parking at the hospital.” So while Aflac may not be able to insure that your hair looks fabulous when you step out the door, they can insure you for emergencies and that your family will be taken care of in a time of emergency! I would take a bad hair day for that!
I will hopefully give you three easy steps to fixing your bad hair day so that Aflac can take care of the harder issues at hand. Word of advice, don’t follow trends. In middle school, I shaved the back of my head. In elementary school I had a bowl cut..just don’t.
HAIR TIP #1
Quick brush through: Dampen your hair, put a little straightening serum in to avoid frizz, and then plop a boho chic headband on for an easy look that even when a little messy or short on time, pulls off a simple look .
HAIR TIP #2
A simple braid. Brush all hair to one side, separate in to three large pieces, braid together. Tie with an elastic and give a light hair spray. All out of your way and still a very sophisticated look.
HAIR TIP #3
A little more effort but worth it. If your hair is already straight just take a hot curling iron and losing give few curls around your face and spritz with a hair spray. If your hair is a bit erratic, a quick flat iron to it prior to curling will ease that up for a soft feminine curl. This may take the longest of the three but still can be done in under 15 minutes if your hair is already dry. You can still throw a headband on with this look as well!
About One Day Pay℠
When a policyholder gets sick or hurt, Aflac pays cash benefits fast – now in as little as ONE business day with the company’s new One Day Pay℠ promise.
A lot of insurance companies talk about how much money they’ll save policyholders on premiums, but people buy insurance to get paid when they need to file a claim. Aflac understands that claims matter and that it’s important to be there for their policyholders when they need it most.
In the United States, Aflac is the leading provider of voluntary insurance at the work site. Aflac is different from health insurance; it’s insurance for daily living.
So why would you trust anyone else to fix an emergency in a timely manner if Aflac stands behind their One Day Pay℠ promise? You wouldn’t trust the Aflac duck with your hair though! Give him credit where they are due and leave the hair styling up to a professional or with these easy tips before, yourself!
