Salads are not just for a healthy lunch or first course meal. You can turn a salad in to dinner with a little zest and creativity. The options for creating salads are endless but I have come to love this particular brand of chicken for their poppin’ flavor even before I add my own seasoning or toppings. It is so tasty that it is even husband approved! When you make a chicken topped salad, you have a meal in itself!
I am the healthy eater in my house. (OK, Most of the time!) Granted, trying to get my husband to eat a salad is a chore if not topped with meat and cheese. Grilled chicken becomes boooooooring and a hassle to cook up at times. That is why I am loving the very flavorful Popcorn Chicken- Any’tizers® snacks from Tyson®.
- 1 bag Popcorn Chicken- Any’tizers® Snacks
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 package Sazon Goya seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp ranch dressing
- Bake Popcorn Chicken- Any’tizers® Snacks as directed on bag
- Cut up in to smaller pieces once done
- In a mixing bowl add chicken and the packet of Sazon Goya
- Stir until coated
- Divide all ingredients for topping as this is two servings, unless making in one large serving dish
- Place all ingredients in bowl
This recipes seems so easy but to be honest, most people seem to forget how certain flavors can blend together to make a whole new flavor. The taste of the Popcorn Chicken- Any’tizers® Snacks and Sazon Goya and the ranch dressing is a tasty and fun explosion of flavor for your tastebuds! Even kids will enjoy the flavor. To use without salad just season as the first two directions and enjoy as a nice after school snack!
