Let me start by saying, I hate taking vitamins. Not so much the fact of having to choke them down at times but the fact that I have to remember to take them! This is why I get in to a routine early on and then it becomes habit. I found that setting my phone alarm for about 15-20 minutes after I wake up, helps me get in to a routine much faster.
As many of you know, we suffered a miscarriage this Spring and as much as I could blame myself for not taking prenatal vitamins long before trying to conceive, like we did with our son, that just isn’t a sole reason to put blame. Many women never touch a vitamin until they are 8+ weeks and see a doctor!
Since I am continuously taking prenatal vitamins now, to better prepare my body and already have that head start for our next child, I wanted something that was not going to make me gag, feel sick, and set me back on my loathing distaste for a vitamin routine. UpSpring Prenatal + Gummy offered me just that!
I was taking gummies over the counter that did not provide all essential vitamins, but they tasted good! Then I was using the prescription given to me by the doctor, and those were giving me horrid acid reflux and stomach issues! Besides, they also would take 4+ days for the pharmacy to get in stock!
I love that I can have (3) gummies and (1) softgel and get 100% of the daily value of 11 essential nutrients plus 285mg DHA/EPA and 800mcg natural folate. Many items over the counter tend to forget to have DHA or folate and both are super essentail for healthy bran and eye development!
The gummies are a mango peach flavor, they smell a little weird but taste pretty good! The softgel I can assure you, has no fishy aftertaste which will avoid the gross fish “burps” that can occur. They are all natural, gluten free, with low sugar and non-GMO. Take the three gummies an 1 softgel per day and you are set!

Knowing women are behind a product to better my health and the health of my child before they are born, is a quality and brand I love that I have the opportunity to stand behind!
