When it comes to a delicious snack, my son and I always can agree that a cup of French Vanilla creamy Yoplait® yogurt is an easy go-to. My son at times has issues wanting to have a smoothie just like Mommy, so I created this easy recipe that can be made either thick and creamy or a bit thinner and easier to get through a straw for little ones. A hint of caramel with a rich apple taste is a win in this house.
With the taste you already love and 25% less sugar, this is a great cool down for the whole family. This recipe is toddler approved and is a great source of calcium and dairy as well as packed with a taste that even the pickiest eaters enjoy! I really love how fast it is to create this smoothie and I can take it on the road even on the busiest of mornings! A great breakfast that I know is a healthier alternative to other choices I could make with lack of time!

- 1 container Yoplait French Vanilla
- 1 container Yoplait Caramel
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Please note if you want thicker use only two cups of ice, use three for a thinner consistency.

- Pour and serve
