The typical “mall Santa” is no longer a dreaded experience! We took a Saturday morning to visit not only the “big guy” but his leading lady Mrs.Claus as well. At Westfield Brandon they have a gorgeous set up near the food court. The decorations get you in the spirit and there is even a table with activities for kids. You can’t miss the gorgeous huge Christmas tree where you will be able to line up to meet Santa himself.
The set up is gorgeous with seats for adults to join in the photos and the ability to fit the whole family in. Photo packages are available for purchase. We met a Grandfather who had all his grandchildren together for an annual photo. He said his teenage grand-daughter had been visiting the Westfield Brandon Mall every year to see Santa since she was an infant. Talk about making memories!
The helper photography elves make sure to get the little side note of your child’s name before they rush towards Santa. Santa wants to make sure each child is treated special and of course each child leaves with a little treat! My son thought Mrs Claus just stayed in the North Pole baking cookies! Imagine his surprise when he saw her for the first time.
Santa and Mrs. Claus is available to meet between Red Robin and Panera near the food court.
Note: Scheduled reindeer feeding breaks are Monday-Saturday 1pm-2pm & 5pm-6pm, and Sundays 2pm-3pm. Line may close up to 2 hours early before breaks and closing to accommodate those in line.
