I use to gag at the thought of poop! Seriously, I couldn’t handle the diapers in a one year old daycare room. I also could not even begin to deal with a toddler who was supposed to be potty trained, having an explosive or mushed up accident. I got asked how I would ever deal with poop and having my own child. Now here we are.
My personal use of this item has been solidified (Because let me tell you, my child’s most recent movement was anything but solid!), with a huge over the moon love as of right before this review going live. I told my husband if Davin had not pooped during nap time, he could change the diaper real fast while I finished loading the photos for this posting. I peeked. Oh lord! Let’s just say my kiddo loved him some refried beans and cheese at our Father’s Day lunch but solid was the last thing happening.
So I got to really go full throttle as this whole time reviewing, his dirty diapers were not as dirty as I could hope! (Oh yes, I wanted sludge poo stories lol), here I was, Me against the goopy, stinky, to the edge of his cloth diaper, hot mess! My husband snapped the Spray-Pal together as I started changing the diaper. I sprayed away and just watched every little bit of goop, vacate the diaper! If I thought I was enjoying the review period up until today, falling asleep after lunch and having this diaper was just meant to be! I am in love even more with the ease, along with NO MORE POO ON MY HANDS!!!!!!!
His candid reactions while spraying included; “This is so cool, wow, no, seriously, this is cool!”, along with “This is too easy, am I doing it right?”, and of course the ever so famous, “You were right hunny!” It was fun to watch even though it was through my camera lens, as I didn’t want to miss his first adventure. Since then he chose a space in the bathroom to store it when not in use. You can purchase a wet bag from the website to store it in or as some others do, a small bin and slide by the toilet.
I am a firm believer in celebrating things longer than a day! So to keep Father’s Day rolling along this year Spray-Pal has teamed up with me to offer one reader a Spray-Pal of their very own! I am also including two other great cloth diapering items to help Daddy out! Starting June 16, 2014 at 9am EST, you have two weeks to gain entries to the Daddy Has Diaper Duty Giveaway. If my husband can do it, anyone can! #MakeClothMainstream
