Time is running out! With days left until Christmas and just then New Year’s Eve popping up, you want quick and easy food to treat your guests. Something that will fill their bellies but make them envy you for how tasty they are! This is when I rely on Boursin® cheese products to whip up fantastic appetizers that everyone loves.
My holiday pinwheels have come a long way over the past few years and with the Boursin® Monterey Jack & Spicy Pepper Cheese Dip they have a new explosive taste that keeps the recipe simple but also allows for massive flavor. I myself can be very put off by spicy products but the taste is just so amazing and I believe the other ingredients help balance it so it only compliments each other with each bite!
I started creating my holiday pinwheels using either spinach or tomato tortilla wraps to keep them in the spirit with holiday colors. When my Grandmother was an ICU nurse, the staff would love when I showed up on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve to deliver a tray of goodies for them to work through the night with! Consumables are always in style for gifting!
These are perfect to prep the night before and set up right before the guests arrive! I would estimate to make (1) wrap to cut for each guest, or if you are like me, make 2-3 because everyone devours them as soon as they see them.
You can find this tasty Boursin® Cheese Dip in your local @Walmart in the deli bunker section, mind tend to be with all the speciality cheeses and that is appropriate at these products are special to my recipes and family traditions!

- Cut off ends, slice the rest in to 1' pinwheels.
For another quick and easy appetizer you can make on the fly is a four ingredient cracker spread. @Walmart I grabbed the Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese right next to the cheese dip in our local store and used it to create these, it is my go to party hack when more guests show up than expected or hungrier than expected!
You need: Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, Bacon flavored crackers (my preference but you can choose any flavor), real bacon bits, and freshly diced tomatoes.
Spread the soft and delicious Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on the crackers, add the fresh diced tomatoes to the center, then a few bacon bits around the edges. It is simple, looks great, and tastes amazing! This cheese is soft and delectable.
