Super Easy Halloween Blood Spatter Cupcakes
I am not a pastry chef. I am not a decorating protege. These super easy Halloween blood spatter cupcakes are so easy to decorate that even my child can help. There is literally no way you can mess them up when it comes to how they “should” look.
All the items can be typically found at your local Walmart store or even on Amazon. To be perfectly honest the candy blood spray is a sour cherry so going light is beneficial. You could even create the look with food coloring if you so dare.
What you will need:
- Cupcake liners
- Cake mix (and essential add in perhaps egg, oil, water)
- Cupcake liners
- Edible blood spray
- Edible ratchets/axes or Edible ratchets
The edible blood spray will go a long way for the blood spatter cupcakes, I still have the containers from last year!
As I said, so simple. simply bake your cupcakes according to the box, let them cool down, frost them, and decorate! Kids love how messy they look and to a younger child they give the Halloween gore with the blood spatter cupcakes without all the intense work you sometimes see on idea boards!
I promise they don’t taste as gory as they look! Happy Halloween!
