As fast as children grow up, we still tend to remember the newborn stage. Lots of gassiness and discomfort wether you bottle or breastfeed. It’s all too common to forget that toddlers can still get these discomforts and stress within their little bodies. Toddler gassiness is common, I don’t just say that because my son tries to push a toot out and giggle, I say it because it is true.
Not every food or drink we provide our child is going to settle well. It is common more often than not for certain foods to cause toddler gassiness that would not cause issues for an adult. Broccoli is a main culprit at times, but so are many other delicious and common foods.
As parents, we do everything in our power to ease the gassiness and discomforts our children suffer from. Little Remedies® is a safe and gentle solution to keep in home and on hand in your diaper bag at all times. During the Summer, while traveling, it is all too common to grab food on the go, try new foods, and switch up our normal dining routines. Little Remedies® products are a great way to support the health and well-being of infants and children. This makes the Little Remedies® gripe water and gas relief drops a MUST HAVE in your carry all not only for Summer but year round.
Little Remedies® products do not contain any artificial flavors, colors, or alcohol. The are created with the very specific needs of your child in mind. “Everything they need, Nothing they don’t.”® I have found time and again that providing gripe water or gas drops, then proceeding to bicycle my sons legs has helped ease the pain and discomfort that gassiness will cause.
When I fear toddler gassiness I go for the gripe water first, if he rubs at his belly and shows extra signs of discomfort, I move on to the gas relief drops. Boys…will tend to want to fart even if they do not have discomfort. The great part about these products is that you can give them to your child before the discomfort may start. My son normally will show the most distraught signs before bed. A little bit of Little Remedies® and we have a dreamer instead of whimpering and fussing.
If your child is not a fan of “medications” the Little Remedies® gas drops can be mixed with 1oz of cool water, infant formula or other suitable liquids. He is actually a huge fan of the taste of the Little Remedies® gripe water. Both are essentially as easy to give as offering him a lollipop to fix a boo-boo. 🙂
